I practice research-oriented and research-based teaching (under the umbrella of 'research-led' teaching), and firmly believe that research should form a component of teaching at every level of undergraduate ancient Greek art, archaeology, and history (and classics). My teaching is informed directly by my research, in content and method - though not always together!
My previous teaching covers a range of modules at every undergraduate and postgraduate level, including: survey history and archaeology, Athenian pottery, archaic and classical painting, Greek sculpture, ancient religion, Sparta, ancient slavery, early Greek history, Roman history, and languages for ancient history.
